원천 좌표계의 두 좌표를 WGS84 위도와 경도로 변환합니다. 좌표 참조 체계는 EPSG 같은 표준 데이터베이스의 키로 식별할 수 있습니다. 투영법을 지원하지 않거나 좌표 하나가 null이면 null을 반환합니다. 별도 좌표계를 다룰 필요가 없으면 Create GeoPoint를 사용합니다.

입력 인자

이름	지정 여부	자료형	의미와 조건
`Source coordinate system`	필수	`Literal<String>`	`authority:id` 형식의 좌표계 식별자입니다. 예를 들어 UTM 18N은 `EPSG:32618`로 지정할 수 있습니다.
`X coordinate`	필수	`Expression<Numeric>`	원천 좌표계의 X 좌표이며 흔히 easting이라고 합니다.
`Y coordinate`	필수	`Expression<Numeric>`	원천 좌표계의 Y 좌표이며 흔히 northing이라고 합니다.
